90 Day Inpatient Clinics = 2nd Mortgage

High end binge eating / substance abuse clinics where you check in for 90 days run from $250k to $400k… They work, there’re on average 98.7% effective, close to the exact opposite stat for any of the run of the mill name programs you see all the time on TV and online, a true permanent solution. At first glance I thought those clinics were just for the rich, but it turns out almost 90% of the clients go though financial assistance set up by those high-end clinics. All their loans require security. What’s that mean? IT MEANS THEY’RE TAKING OUT SECOND MORTGAGES...THEY’RE PUTTING UP THEIR HOMES! Why? Today’s Boston Globe: “94% of COVID-19 DEATHS DUE TO OBESITY” Decent people end up placing a higher value on their kids lives than they do their very own You’re a breadwinner or a care provider or both What happens to them WHEN you check out early? IT’S NOT ALL ABOUT LOOKING LIKE BRAD PITT OR WEARING A SIZE ZERO IS IT? THINK!! Jim Brown https://www.jimbrownbootcamp.org/...

THE WORKING MAN’S BETTY FORD CLINIC

The Jim Brown Boot Camp for Binge Eating & Substance Abuse is THE WORKING MAN’S BETTY FORD CLINIC. Both 90-day programs are based in the relatively new science of Epigenetics, reprogramming the brain to crave foods that are good vs bad, both are 100% effective. It’s outpatient vs inpatient, with a 97.4% cost differential. Both offer results, REAL results that stick. With most tables there are FOUR LEGS that hold them up. The Camp has SEVEN. 1.)   We’re selective, we screen all applicants 2.)   Constant supervision 3.)   One on one field training, vs classroom 4.)   Therapy / Medication, where appropriate  5.)   Transcendental Meditation 6.)   Full coordination with general practitioners, licensed therapists, TM and Camp personal  7.)   Daily online presence to guide Campers though the process  If we hit five or even six out of the Golden seven, it just do...

YOU’RE SUFFERING, REALLY SUFFERING WITH BINGE EATING / SUBSTNACE ABUSE / WEIGHT ISSUES?

RULE# 1: Work with people who actually know what they’re doing. For years and years I struggled with Binge Eating / Substance Abuse / Weight issues and at my high point, I was just under 100 lbs. overweight. I didn’t like the way I looked and I wanted to do something about that, BUT my real motivation wasn’t trying to go Jim Hollywood, it was pain avoidance. The taller you are, the more likely you are to have problems with your back and all the men in my family are 6’2” plus. The weight made it worse... A lot worse . I was seeing my chiropractor three to five times a week and constantly coming out of adjustment. I was in constant pain and my flexibility was in the minus numbers. I couldn’t pick up my morning paper without getting down on all fours. I couldn’t put my pants on unless I was sitting down and even then, a lot of mornings it was touch and go. And as for tying my shoes, forget it. I didn’t have a single pair of lace up shores...all loafers. ...

About the Founder - Jim Brown Boot Camp

Me and my wife Susan, live on Boston’s North Shore. I am the one and only drop-out from North Shore Community College to ever be a guest lecturer at both the Harvard Business School and the M.I.T. Sloan School of Business Management. A Mensa Member, (a high end Mensa member no less,) I was plagued most of my life with both Binge Eating & Substance Abuse. Reprogram the Computer...

When the new recruits show up for their first week of Boot Camp, there’s a whole range of set up steps their ordered to complete. One of the big ones is: Clear the decks for action. 1.)    And if this sounds crazy to them, We DON’T CARE! * We have them go through their entire house, room by room, and rearrange all of their furniture. They often need some help doing this but wither they do or do not, they must take each room, and turn the whole thing around. The head of their bed’s against one wall, they move it to another, same deal with every piece of furniture in every room of their house Once this task is complete, they are required to answer our prompts before we let them move to the next step in our process.                                         ...

Get a trash bag and raid the refrigerator and cabinets

One of the first general orders for all Jim Brown Boot Campers is to: Go through both their refrigerator and all their cupboards and make sure they have a large plastic trash bag in hand. I have them start filling that bag of theirs with all sugared and diet colas. They’ve GOT to go. Studies go back and forth as to which one of these toxins is the worst for you, sugared or diet, but it’s a real jump ball. In a 12oz can of sugared soda, there’s on the order of eight teaspoons of sugar... EIGHT . And to make matters worse, virtually all sugared sodas use High Fructose Corn Syrup. You hear a lot about High Fructose Corn Syrup, but what’s so bad about it? Here’s what: There’s dozens of studies, the most famous of which used a couple dozen Gorillas. For 90 days they put them all on an extremely high fat diet, weighing in before and after...There was some weigh gain with Group one, but nothing anywhere near outrageous. They attributed this to their over...

ALL CAN GOODS IN THE TRASH BAG

ALL CAN GOODS IN THE TRASH BAG Actually I go back and forth on this with my campers, and ended up dropping mine off at a food shelter...With one notable exception; Canned Soup. I didn’t realize this until I followed up with the Mass General study and then saw the exact same thing in a Harvard Medical School Study, but coming up on thirty years now, all caned goods are lined with two plastic components:    Phthalates and Bisphenol-A (BPA,) That’s the very same stuff they warn you about when they tell you never to microwave food in plastic containers. It’s bad news no matter how you slice it. But by far, the absolute worse are the canned soups. There’s study after study that shows if a person has canned soup for just five days in a row... JUST FIVE . When tested, they will have 1000 times as much BPA in their systems as they did prior to that five days... ONE THOUSAND TIMES! Now there are people in this world who are hungry and they have...
